About the role

Luke Reynolds Hairdressing is a well established, award winning boutique salon in New Farm that has operated for more than 20 years. They have recently relocated to a newly refurbished space fitted with Italian furniture and modern basins, in a high foot traffic area, and offer luxury products and services. They are after experienced senior hairdressers, colourists and stylists to join a growing team with a strong focus on culture. The role suits someone creative yet precise, with a proven record of building clientele, reaching targets and delivering excellent service. Applicants should also be willing to share knowledge and help develop the apprentice team. A minimum of 5 years experience beyond the apprenticeship is required, along with a Cert 3 or higher in ladies and mens hairdressing, advanced colouring and cutting skills, and retail experience. The full-time position pays a salary of 75,000 to 85,000 per year plus commission, with training and career progression on offer.
