HMB Barbers is hiring in Rockhampton and is after a skilled senior barber or skilled apprentice who wants a long-term career rather than just a job. The company runs 17 stores across Queensland, offering a consistent walk-in barbershop experience to local communities. Barbers deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims and shaves with efficiency and attention to detail, while providing warm customer service, managing waitlists and following the customer journey standards. The role also covers keeping a clean, sanitised and well-stocked workstation, processing POS transactions, promoting retail products through consultative selling and maintaining store presentation. Barbers support store operations, stock control and promotions, follow WHS requirements, and mentor junior team members as needed. HMB has partnered with 4BARBERS Education for training, upskilling and career pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop owner roles.
