About the role

HMB Barbers is hiring a senior or skilled barber for their Sunshine Coast store at Sippy Downs. The company runs 18 shops across Queensland, offering a consistent walk-in barbershop experience. Staff keep all their tips, and pay rates quoted exclude super. They are after someone who can deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims and shaves with efficiency and attention to detail, while providing warm customer service, managing waitlists and following the shop's customer journey standards. The role also involves keeping a clean, sanitised and stocked workstation, processing POS transactions, promoting retail products, assisting with stock and promotions, and mentoring junior team members. HMB has partnered with 4BARBERS Education for training and upskilling, and offers career pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop ownership. Positions are available full-time, part-time or casual to suit different lifestyles. Incentives and bonuses are on offer to recognise skill and effort.
