About the role

HMB Barbers is hiring a senior or skilled barber for their Sippy Downs shop on the Sunshine Coast. The company runs 18 stores across Queensland, offering a consistent walk-in barbershop experience. This role focuses on productive chair time, delivering high-quality haircuts, beard trims and shaves with efficiency and care. Barbers greet clients warmly, manage waitlists, follow the customer journey standards and encourage repeat visits. They also process POS transactions, promote retail products through consultative selling, and keep their workstation clean, sanitised and well stocked. Mentoring junior team members and apprentices is part of the job. Pay ranges from 30 to 45 dollars per hour. HMB has partnered with 4BARBERS Education for training and upskilling, and offers career pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop ownership.
