HMB Barbers is hiring in Townsville, part of a network running 17 stores across Queensland with a consistent walk-in barbershop experience. They are after a skilled senior barber or skilled apprentice who wants a long-term career. The role covers delivering quality haircuts, beard trims and shaves with efficiency and attention to detail, warmly greeting clients, managing waitlists and following customer journey standards. Barbers keep their workstation clean, sanitised and well stocked, process POS transactions accurately, promote retail products through consultative selling and help with stock control and promotions. Senior staff also mentor junior team members. The shop values craft and offers training through a partnership with 4BARBERS Education, plus pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop ownership. Pay runs from 40 to 50 dollars per hour, with incentives and bonuses on offer. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available to suit different lifestyles.
