About the role

Trendz Studio is a boutique salon established for 18 years in Cleveland, working appointment-only so stylists get full time with clients, including four to five hours on full head colour jobs. They specialise in luxury blondes, lived-in colour, colour corrections, weft extensions and nanoplasty smoothing treatments. They are after a confident stylist skilled in foiling, blonde transformations and colour corrections. Fully qualified stylists or third-year apprentices are welcome to apply. Pay is above award, with uncapped weekly profit share and commission across services, retail and bonuses paid weekly through payroll with super on top, and realistic targets that can reach $100,000 or more per year. A $1,000 welcome bonus is paid after completing a three-month probation. The salon opens Wednesday to Saturday, giving a three-day weekend every week, plus a monthly staff hair day, ongoing education and two weeks off each Christmas.
