The role suits an experienced barber with an established clientele or a motivated professional keen to build their career in a supportive setting where skills and creativity are valued. Duties cover haircuts, fades, beard trims and shaves, plus hairdressing services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, colouring, highlighting and treatments. They want someone who can consult with clients on suitable styles, recommend retail products, and deliver strong customer service that builds long-term relationships. Keeping a clean, safe workstation and sterilising tools between clients is expected, along with managing appointments so services run on time.
