About the role

Razor Men Barber in the Brisbane CBD is after an experienced barber to join their team full-time. They want someone with at least three years of barbering experience, strong technical skills and genuine customer service. Day to day, the role covers men's haircuts including skin fades, tapers, scissor cuts and longer styles, along with beard trims, beard shaping and straight razor shaves. The barber will consult with clients about their preferences, recommend suitable styles and grooming products, and handle both appointments and walk-ins efficiently. Keeping the workstation clean and tools sanitised is part of the job, as is building positive relationships with clients and working well with the rest of the team. The shop is looking for someone reliable, punctual and confident working both independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and consistent, high-quality results. Pay is between $75,000 and $85,000 per year. The role is based on site in Brisbane.
