Stage IV Barbers are after a confident senior barber to join their premium studio in Docklands, Melbourne. The role is available full-time or part-time and pays $30 to $35 an hour with super on top and monthly KPI bonuses. This is an appointment-based studio with an established clientele, consistent bookings and stable hours, so there is no chair rental, no commission pressure and no fighting for walk-ins. They describe a calm, luxury grooming space focused on quality over volume, with a supportive long-term team and no middle management. The studio sits close to public transport. Ideally applicants have at least two years of barbering experience and confidence in modern barbering, scissor work, fades, client consultation and professional presentation. Candidates with less experience but the right attitude and a genuine passion to learn are also welcome, as training and support can be provided. The role suits someone wanting a steadier, more considered pace. Overseas applications and sponsorship are not available.
