La Bodega in Williamstown is after an experienced, fully qualified barber to join their team. The shop is well established with a loyal client base and is about to move from its current location into a brand new, modern space. They run an appointment-based shop with set, steady hours, so staff know where they stand each week, and a full chair comes from a steady clientele. The team is small and passionate about the craft and about great service, working in a fun and supportive environment. There is room to build your own regulars with the backing of a shop that is already busy. Pay is above award at $30 or more per hour, negotiable depending on experience, plus super and bonuses. Full-time or part-time hours are available. They want strong skills in fades, tapering and scissor cuts, confidence cutting all hair types, pride in presentation and a client-first approach. Applicants must have existing working rights in Australia, as sponsorship is not offered.
