About the role

Atta Barbershop in Perth is after an experienced, skilled senior barber to join their team. They want someone who takes pride in their craft, has strong attention to detail and can consistently deliver high-quality cuts and grooming. The role covers a wide range of fades, including skin, low, mid, high and taper fades, done with precision. It also includes classic and traditional barbering styles, beard trims, shaping and line-ups, and confident scissor-cutting across different hair types. Hot towel services form part of their premium grooming experience, and barbers also provide styling and finishing to match each client's desired look. Good customer service matters here: greeting clients warmly, consulting on suitable styles and recommending grooming products. Hygiene and sanitation standards are expected across tools, chairs and workstations. Barbers also take part in video content and ad recordings, and are encouraged to build their own clientele. Pay runs from 36 to 45 dollars per hour for this full-time position.
