About the role

Jimmy Rods is a multi-site barber chain with 23 years in the trade, running shops on Brisbane's north side including North Lakes and Morayfield, with all locations considered. They are after experienced, qualified barbers who take pride in their work, can build and hold a strong client base, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard shop. The pay is a competitive base rate for experienced barbers plus incentives: a $40 per hour bonus for barbers hitting $1,000 or more in daily sales, and up to $60 per hour on Sundays. The role is full-time. Barbers also get ongoing training to sharpen their craft and stay on top of trends, in-house incentives and competitions, annual team events, and a supportive, experienced team across the sites.
