Just Cuts is looking for a qualified stylist to join their Delacombe salon in the Ballarat region. This is a casual role with flexible hours built around the successful applicant's lifestyle. The focus is cutting and styling, with no chemical work involved, so the emphasis sits firmly on Style Cuts and finishing skills. Applicants should be experienced qualified stylists who are confident across all aspects of haircutting and barbering. The salon comes with an established client base, so the new stylist can expect to be busy from the start. All equipment is provided, and the hairdresser only needs to bring their own scissors. Ongoing education and training are offered, along with pathways into management and ownership. Just Cuts is a family-owned business with over 220 salons globally and more than 3000 stylists, serving over 100,000 clients each week.
