Salon manager, four-day week

About the role

Fiolet Hair in Lathlain, Perth is looking for a working salon manager across a four-day week with no Sundays or Mondays. The role runs three days on the floor (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) with an established client base to take over, plus one dedicated management day on Friday covering rosters, stock ordering, Vish, weekly numbers and team catch-ups. You would lead a small team of a senior stylist and an apprentice, working alongside the owner. Pay is $42 per hour plus super, with a quarterly bonus of up to $1,500 tied to rebooking, retention, colour control, stock and wages, as well as commission on your own retail and services. The salon uses Wella colour, pays for relevant education, offers free staff hair services in your own time and has free parking. They are after a Certificate III in Hairdressing, at least 10 years on the floor and prior management, 2IC or training experience, plus the confidence to work autonomously.
