Overgrown Barbershop is an established shop in the heart of Bacchus Marsh with a relaxed atmosphere that blends old-school barbering traditions with quality cuts and good conversation. They are after a skilled and passionate barber who is confident behind the chair, conversational, reliable and brings positive energy to the team. Strong fades, scissor cuts and beard work are all expected, along with pride in the work and good presentation. The right person is punctual, hardworking, enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and is comfortable working independently as part of a small team. The role can be full-time or part-time and pays above-award rates of 30 to 40 dollars per hour. There is an established client base and a supportive team environment, plus the chance to grow with the business as it develops.
