About the role

Brotherhood Barber Co. is a growing modern barbershop with three locations across the Sunshine Coast, running from Caloundra through to Maroochydore. They are after experienced barbers, casual barbers and 2nd or 3rd year apprentices to join the team. The role covers a wide range of work in a busy shop: skin fades, low, mid and high fades, taper and burst fades, modern mullets, scissor cuts, short back and sides, textured styles, beard trims and fades, line-ups, kids' cuts and classic barbering. Clientele ranges from kids and teenagers through to regular adults, so the days stay varied. They want someone confident with strong fading and clipper skills, good scissor and styling work, attention to detail and reliable customer service, able to run a chair independently and work in a team. Pay is $32 to $45 per hour plus super depending on experience, with full-time and casual positions available. They offer an established client base, a supportive team and room to grow within the business.
