About the role

Dale James & Co is looking for an experienced senior hairstylist to join their salon in South Perth. This is a casual and part-time role with flexible arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance. The stylist will deliver haircuts, colouring, styling and treatments, along with personalised hair and scalp consultations to understand each client's needs. They are also expected to recommend and sell hair care products, keep a clean and organised workstation, and mentor junior stylists. Regular team meetings and training sessions keep everyone current with industry trends. The shop wants at least three years of experience as a senior stylist in a reputable salon, broad expertise across cutting, colouring and styling, strong customer service and relevant hairdressing qualifications.
