HMB Barbers is hiring in Mackay for a senior or skilled barber, with full-time, part-time and casual positions available. The company runs 17 stores across Queensland, offering a consistent walk-in barbershop experience. The role centres on productive chair time and strong customer service: greeting clients, managing waitlists, and delivering high-quality haircuts, beard trims and shaves with efficiency and attention to detail. Barbers keep their workstation clean, sanitised and well stocked, process POS transactions, and promote retail products through consultative selling. They also help with stock control, promotions, general store operations, and mentoring of junior team members. HMB has partnered with 4BARBERS Education for training and upskilling, with career pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop ownership.
