About the role

HMB Barbers is hiring a senior or skilled barber for their Townsville shop. They run 17 stores across Queensland, offering a consistent walk-in barbershop experience, and support their team throughout their journey. The role centres on productive chair time and strong customer service: greeting clients warmly, managing waitlists and delivering high-quality haircuts, beard trims and shaves with efficiency and care. Barbers also process POS transactions, promote retail products through consultative selling, keep their workstation clean and stocked, and follow WHS requirements. Mentoring junior team members and helping with stock, promotions and general store operations are part of the job. HMB has partnered with 4BARBERS Education for training and upskilling, and points to career pathways towards master barber, manager, educator or shop ownership.
